MESSAGE FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT Dear Friends: I am proud that we can continue to say that this is the best middle
school program in We are well aware of the uncertainty of the economy and that there are families in our communities that are hurting financially. As the vice president it is my task to ensure that the league is properly funded so that we can meet all of our financial obligations. Over the last few years we have experienced increases in our referee fees as well as our field and track rental fees. Despite these increased costs and a tough economy we have positioned ourselves to maintain the same high quality programs and not raise our fees this year. On the following page is our income and expenses for last year as well as the projected budget for this year. Here are some of the highlights. - - We will have commissioners for each sport to improve the quality of the league - We will continue to provide professional training for our coaches. - We will continue to provide the best possible venues for our athletic events. - We will continue to provide professional referees to officiate our games. - We will provide All Star games in Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball. - We will continue to provide you access to the league through the Web-site. - We will continue to carry a full slate of Varsity games (all Varsity teams will play each other) We will continue to work hard to improve the quality of the league and with your help and support I know we can.
