MESSAGE FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT

Dear Friends:

As we begin our tenth year of CMAC, I am proud that we can continue to say that this is the best middle school program in Central Florida.  I would like to thank all of you for making it possible.  I would like to thank all the athletic directors for all of their hard work in making CMAC such a success.  I would like to especially thank the principals for their leadership and support.

As the vice president it is my task to ensure that the league is properly funded so that we can meet all of our financial obligations.  Over the last few years we have experienced increases in our referee fees as well as our field and track rental fees.  In order to maintain our level of outstanding service and quality we will increase the fees by five dollars for all sports.

On the following page is our income and expenses for last year as well as the projected budget for this year.  Here are some of the highlights.

     -  There will be no gate fee for events

     -  We will have commissioners for each sport to improve the quality of the league

     -  We will continue to provide professional training for our coaches.

     -  We will continue to provide the best possible venues for our athletic events.

     -  We will continue to provide professional referees to officiate our games.

     -  We will provide All Star games in Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball.

     -  We will continue to provide you access to the league through the Web-site.

We will continue to work hard to improve the quality of the league and with your help and support I know we can.

Mario Del Rey, CPA

Vice President

P.S.: No child will be turned away due to financial hardship. Contact your athletic director and the matter will be handled confidentially.
